Burnage will play Heaton Moor in a pre-season friendly on Thursday 19th August. The game will start by 7:30PM and will be an opportunity for coaches Wayne Morris and Oli Hewitt to take a look at the new players and combinations in the 1s and 2s in preparation for the cup game against Widnes on the 28th and the league campaign to follow.

The format is to be agreed with the 'Moor coaches, but the game is likely to feature large squads and be played in thirds or quarters, and will be played on the 3G pitch.

The bar will, of course, be open for supporters of both clubs.
